Our Agency

 

Minerva Park Behavioral Health is dedicated to building a world-class, client-centric behavioral health and addiction treatment based upon customized, evidence-based programming delivered by a collective team of continuously trained, informed, caring, and committed staff.

We realize that mental health and addiction are two of the most debilitating concerns facing our most vulnerable communities and we are determined to partner with individuals, businesses, churches, schools, and non-profits to improve the valuable lives of all who are affected.

Our Mission:

Minerva Park Behavioral Health is committed to be the provider of choice as a structured behavioral health treatment program for individuals over 18 years of age. Through comprehensive, evidence-based practices and individualized services, we empower those we serve to make positive choices that contribute to healthy and productive lives.

COVID-19 Update

Jul 29, 2020

 

If you have been exposed to COVID-19, have traveled recently to locations that have many COVID-19 cases, OR have symptoms of fever or cough – please ask your doctor for a medical screening before arriving.

We will continue to do our best to keep our facility safe and keep our clients informed of any changes.

We are continuing to accept only referrals at our agency, no walk-ins.

Current Measures:

  • The residential facilities are disinfected twice daily.

  • All staff and clients have their temperatures taken twice a day in the residential facility, once at 10am and again at 8pm.

  • Face masks must be worn by all staff and visitors.

  • New intake clients and all visitors will have a COVID-19 screening before being seen.

 

New Co-ed Transitional Housing Program by MPRH

July 23rd, 2020

 

Starting July 23rd, MPRH Medina campus will accomodate both men and women to become co-ed transitional housing. It continues to be 24 hours supervised campus by MPRH housing staff.

Mariah is an Independently Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with both a Gambling Treatment and Clinical Supervision endorsement from the state of Ohio. Mariah's educational accomplishments includes both a Bachelor's and Master's in the field of Psychology, a Post-Masters certificate in Teaching Psychology, and has completed her Doctoral coursework for her PhD in Psychology at Walden University. 

Mariah has over thirty years of experience in the field of human services. One of her favorite quotes is by C.S. Lewis "I may not be able to solve all of your problems, but I promise you won't have to face them alone."

Hannah Bateson

Hannah Holds a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant certification in the state of Ohio. Hannah's educational experience includes attending both Premiere Health Choice Services where she earned her certification in Nursing and Columbus State Community College where she earned her degree in Medical Assisting. Hannah has over ten years of experience working in the health care field specializing in the areas of Clinical Compliance.

Hannah's favorite quote is “Keep your face always toward the sunshine—and shadows will fall behind you.”

Kristin Seymour

Kristin Seymour attended Technology Education College with a major in Medical Assisting. Kristin has over ten years of extensive experience in office management and accounting. Kristin's favorite quote, and one that depicts her optimistic personality is "Every storm runs out of rain."
